I'm leaving for aus in September! I booked to do my first week with ozintro, they sort visa,tax number,bank account etc I've been told its a good way to start off, loads of fun (You can do it cheaper yourself though)
Are you planning on applying for a working holiday visa? Any idea where you want to start off?

I know a few people who have used Qantas for flights and found them cheap, I used real traveller had my flight with 4 day stop over in Thailand for just under £700 1-way. I thought was pretty reasonable.

Thanks for the info, thats really helpful! I've been looking at Oz Intro and it looks wicked. I want to start in Sydney so that sounds ideal. I'm going in September too I'm a bit worried about how much money I'll need to take but it looks like with OZ Intro they are helpful with getting work etc. It'd be good to know if anyone on here has done it through them already.
