Has anyone done the Cape to Cairo trip with OO?If so were there people over 45 and what did you think of the trip?Any information would be great.Also is anyone thinking of going on the November 2011 trip from Cape Town TO Cairo?

I have done the London to Australia overland trip with Odyssey Overland and it is a excellent company.
The Capetown to Cairo 2010 will be their first trip. Although Pete the owner has had many years expirence with Africa as he used to work for another overland company and is South African himself.
I had intended to do the Nov 2010 trip myself but for various reasons find I am unable to do it. Nevertheless I hope to be on the November 2011 trip.
The ages vary the avarage being in their 30s but out of the 20 people on the Australian trip 6 of us were over 55.

Im booked with Odyssey for the May 2011 Cairo to Cape Town trip. 5 Months and counting!!
The Cape - Cairo one has just started and by the loosk of the photo, there are a few people of that age group on the trip.
