You want TACA International Air
I just priced a one way flight I'm going to have to take from La Paz to Quito next summer and regardless of what day you travel on etc it's going to cost just over $500. Anyone know any other South American airlines that wouold run this flight and may be a bit cheaper? Preferably with a website in English.
I've also been looking for budget airlines in South America but I'm not having much luck. Best thing to do is try some of these websites that search a range of airlines to find the best price:

La Paz-Quito is indeed an expensive route. Looks like Aero Sur is the cheapest at some ridiculous figure over $500. whereas La Paz-Sao Paulo comes in at $292. I used a Sept 2010 sample to get those figures. It looks like all La Paz-Quito trips are by connections.
