I have been reading the threads on here and everyone seems helpful. I invited to a wedding in Lake Como in September and me and my partner would like to drive from Dover to Lake Como. We have about 2 weeks but I would like a week-ish in Lake Como to enjoy the wedding and explore the area.
My question is can we do the drive to lake como in a few days?
My thinking is 4 days to Lake Como, stopping in various places on the way, 6 days for wedding etc, and 4 days driving home?
Also can anyone suggest the best route and places worth seeing along the route?
