Hey Mike, no it's not just you... I think it's gotten worse since this morning when I noticed it kind of jumping in and out. I know there is a big script running in the background, but wouldn't expect it to lead to this. Then again, one never knows... I've gotten in touch with the host, so should be resolved soon!
I've just restarted the site. It seemed to have run out of memory. Last time we restarted was 55 days ago, which is a pretty decent stretch of up-time. Of course, I'd rather it never slowed down, but hey...

Seems super slow again. At least from an internet cafe it is slow, 5 mnutes that the page to add a post is charging... :o(
Hi tfenal, nothing clearly slowing down here. Hopefully it is just your local connection. Do you see any message in the browser's status bar? (the one at the bottom of the browser) If that says something like "waiting on xxxx.." then something like that can slow things down particularly for one user.
I thought I'd beat Mike to it this time and report that TP has been slow for me over the last couple of days, both at home on Firefox and at work on IE9. I'm also getting the error page every so often.
Given the system a reboot to refresh it. These darn spambots are eating up resources. I've also just added a captcha to the signup form which will stop them signing up. Unfortunately they have a lot of accounts already and they are still logging in. Don't really want to add a captcha to the login form though.
Wow, I've just noticed how many accounts have been created in the last 24 hours!
