About a week.
Londons awesome, just really expensive. It depends on the sort of things you want to do and your budget... their a lot of stuff to do!

Hey . There is alot more to the UK than London. You should try Birmingham or Leeds.
I recommend Oxford or Cambridge because both are similar, maybe better Cambridge because the river is very nice! I haven't been in Birmingham but I heard that it's just a big city with not too much to see... Stonehenge is really famous and although it costs 7 pound maybe you are interested. Salisbury near by is very nice although very small. In the way of medieval city with narrow streets I suggest you York but is far away....
