Okay,my advise is to travel by a private car.Book with a local tour agent to get the best prices .
First travel from Nairobi to lake Nakuru and Naivasha since you will land in nairobi.After that you will pass through nairobi en route to Amboseli.
From Lake nakuru to Amboseli you can stop over at the rift valley viewpoint and enjoy the wonderful view and also stop over at nairobi city for lunch and buy some curios.
If you want to finish off at mombasa beach ,go from amboseli to tsavo west to tsavo east then to Mombasa.
