I've about 3.5k for 7 days in Rome with BB & transportation.
I will be great if u will be able to advise me on the route. Staying in rome for Vatician city then to florence? As I know I will need some time to travel to Florence.

7 days is a long time in Italy and your Itinerary is easily doable. I use to take groups around Italy (by coach) Rome Florence Venice. Have also done the trip myself by train not too bad for price but very convenient.
You can try and prebook the sistene chapel that's where you will probably queue St Pertes no problem and of course the Vatican city is all part of it. Can easily be done in a day. There is loads of fascinating places to visit in Rome the Forum, Collesium, Trevi Fountains, Spanish Steps etc (do some research they will mean so much more when you see them) but again this can be done in a day.
Florence and Pisa good spots donn't know the space outley as it's been a few years since I was there. We use to do Florence in a day.
Venice lovely place to relax get the day pass on the waterbus and you will see all the sights. allow 2 days here.
Day 1 arrive do what you can o/n Rome
Day 2 Vatican City o/n Rome
Day 3 Train to Florence o/n Florence
Day 4 Morning in Florence visit Pis pos. o/n Florence or on to Venice
Day 5 Morning to Venve or lesisurely morning in Venice soak up the atmosphere o/n Venice
Day 6 More venice take a trip to the islands o/n Venice
Day 7 train to Rome for return journey back home
Cost I would budget £500 easy includes visits.

I always take the hop on hop off bus tour of each city I visit to get a view of all the top attractions and then decide which to revisit.

to move Roma to Firenze train will be fine.
To visit factory outlet (like Gucci) you'll need car, if you are looking for outlet mall (like barberino) i think there's free bus to go there from florence center.
If you are visiting Rome in late spring consider a day trip in Sabaudia a nice sea place.

Rome or Tuscany in itself could be a week's holiday. However, I understand that when you are travelling over to a new country, you feel the urge to cover at least some of the highlights. I do that often myself.
Given that you have only a week in Italy, my suggestion is that you at least experience Rome for a minimum of three days and Florence for another two days and Venice for two days.
If you can fly into Rome and fly out of Venice or vice versa, it would be great and gives you more time to experience the places.
I travelled by train from Venice to Florence to Rome over a period of 10 days. I had considered purchasing the train tickets online but decided to try point-to-point so that I would have some flexibility. Point to point tickets are also cheaper than buying a travel card. There are several lovely B&B places in Venice and Florence around 60 Euros per day. In Rome, you can find places for the same price but the rooms are not so nice.
I also don't recommend booking tours in advance but just going there and booking it through the tourist information desks or directly going to museums and purchasing tickets. I personally found Italy a very lively place on the roads and did not want to spend much time inside museums and I also lost my booking payments when I was late for tours and missed them due to train or bus delays. This happened to me for both the walking tour in Venice as well as at Vatican.
3.5K USD is a reasonable budget for a week's travel in Italy.

Hey Ahila, do you have the names of the B&B places you mentioned in Venice?
I've been told that its better to stay outside of Venice because it is cheaper but would like to compare it myself
