I am planning to visit Korea next month, but I don't have any experience on it.
Can anyone tell me which places are the hot turist attraction that when we travel Korea must go?
And also I want to know can I see the snow in the next month? Just because I haven't seen it before.
Do the Koreans can speak English well? I am afraid that I can't ask for the place when I want to go.

I think it's summer season. If you want to see the snow, you should go during winter and spring season. Spring season is colder than winter season in korea.

Korea doesn't get much snow, even in the winter. Right now, most of the snow will have melted.
Seoul, of course, is the more popular place to visit in Korea. It's one of the world's great cities (over 10 million people). There are only a few historical sites there, though, including the imperial palace. Mostly, Seoul's attractions are modern: lots of restaurants and shopping and great night life. My favourite area is Itaewon, at night. It's a bit (ok, a lot) seedy, but that's the fun of it.
The DMZ is not far from Seoul, where you can stare across at North Korea.
If you have kids, Seoul has several amusement parks: Everland, Lotte World and Seoul Land.
If you like history, I'd suggest going to Suwon, which has an old city wall and 'water gate' which are fun to walk around.
One of the most unique places in South Korea is Jeju Island. But you have to fly there, or take a ferry.
Of course, you have to try some Korean BBQ while you are there. It's delish!
Busan is a nice city and very photographic and hosts a couple of great sites to see and visit including the largest hot spring baths in Asia (the Heosimcheong Spa), the Jagalchi fish market, Beomosa temple (one of the best i've seen and off the beaten path enough that that you won't see a lot of tourists)
Gyeongju, the first real capitol of Korea was one of the highlights of my last trip there and has about a dozen major sites including a couple of World Heritage ones. I'd recommend the temple complex at Bulgiksa, Seokguram Grotto and Tumulus Park. If you do go there I'd recommend staying in the Lake Bohol area (very pretty and popular with honeymooners).
Most people do not speak english and getting around can be a bit of a challenge - especially trying to find specific addresses in Seoul - which has plenty of great districts to explore of which the traditional area of Insadong (touristy) seems to be the Korea most people came here to see.
We also took in a baseball game in Seoul - which was very different from American or Japanese baseball and was a ton of fun, especially watching the fans and checking out the wild concessions.
Seoul is worth a few days, and from there you can take a day tour to the DMZ which is fascinating. I did my tour with the which is reputedly the best one.
In Seoul, the Korean War Memorial museum is excellent.

If you've got a few days to spare, take a domestic flight down to Jeju and try the abalone porridge and orange chocolate!
Korea should be worth to go and I recommend seoul, as it is the main city of korea. And their fashion style which was chased from other asian countries, especially hong kong and china~~haha....
And i think its a good time to learn korean language when travel to korea because I am sure their english is not good.
