been looking at the travel insurance stuff and found out english people dont need to get insurance for health stuff but we need this card to get prescription and stuff? is this right
You have to go to a registered office while in Oz to sign up.
You still need health/travel insurance. The reciprocal healthcare agreement only covers free essential treatment in public hospitals, partially subsidised doctors appointments, and some subsidised prescription medications. It doesn't include things like ambulance journeys.
