Hey dude,
I am trying to plan my month long trip in Thailand for this december and January and i was wondering the same thing. Where would be a good place to spend new years and christmas. I am also figuring out WHERE TO GO lol, it all sounds so awesome but i only have a month so im limited. If you have any suggestions let me know.
thanks man,
safe journeys,
steven.
Definitely Bangkok! Although Thailand is a Buddhist country, they also celebrate Christmas quite well. It's fun to be there on a Christmas. Those people really know how to celebrate and have a good time!
Bangkok is one of the most popular place for tourist to celebrate their Christmas. Also in Phuket area, lots and lots of tourists there to celebrate. What i mean to say is you can enjoy your Christmas in Thailand elsewhere especially tourists area like Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi, Chiangmai etc.
thanks for the threads everyone... i think were going to just go out there and see where we end up. There is a full moon party on the 25th Dec so were thinking of booking ourselves in somewhere a week before and spend it on Koh phangan. ( might take our minds off of not being at home!)
Do you guys know if its easy enough to show up on the island without booking anything?
Steven, a month is good enough! youl see loads , hope your christmas is as fun as were hoping itl be!
Any recommended dive schools on Andaman coast?
Thanks,
Charley
