Ok I know that there are about a million threads on this however i have a specific situation. I am landing in Peru in July and will be coming home only after a year. Ill be going south all the way to Ushuaia and i am going to be trekking & camping a lot. So i am not sure what tmp Sleeping bag i will need. The thing is that i have a good friend who owns a shop the deals only with the sleeping bag company MOUNTAIN EQWIPMENT and he is willing to get me them for about 3/4 of the actual price. How is this company? Which of their Bags would you recommend for me and for which tmp. should i be aiming? I dont want to be spending to much money, I would say my max about 250$ oh and i am not going to be bringing a tent but renting one before treks.
