Iv been wanting to go to Aus for years and I think iv finally plucked up the courage to go alone I'm so scared!
Iv waited for my friend to come but she's just got an amazing job so didn't want to leave ...
Suggestions!? I want a working visa somewhere in Aus x

Im the same but people have backed out so have to do it alone..... Im defo gonna apply for a working visa! Hoping to go to Melbourne & Sydney but no proper plans yet.... When are you planning on goin?x
Im going to Sydney end of November, doing it solo too. Scary stuff but it's got to be done! I went to my local travel agents that specialise in backpackers and travellers. They've helped me alot with reccomendations and such. What are you hoping to do out in oz?

Yea im the same looked at flights for first week in dec. want to start gettin everythin sorted as soon as im hopin to work & travel to see a few different places but start in sydney & be there for xmas....
Whole solo thing is the scariest part but if we dont just do it we will regret it x
You'll be just fine. Everyone goes through the same feelings when they first leave. It's like your first day at a new school where you don't know anyone.
But whether you get on ok by yourself or not, can I suggest you give this a try, Its an organization that is free to use. In return for about 4 hours work you get accommodation and food with local families. Its a great way to meet people who can often introduce you to people with paying jobs. It's a good way to take a breather from backpacking and feel like part of a family.
