So me and my 2 friends are going to Thailand in the summer. On part of the trip we have got 4 nights to spend in phuket and were planning on spending one of these nights in phi-phi.

We went to Phuket last year and stayed at a Hotel (4 star and reasonably priced) by the name of Royal Paradise. The hotel is located right off Bangla Road (the street where all the nightclubs, restaurants and the main beach is). It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the beach/Bangla Road to the hotel. I absolutely loved it. Plus, most rooms include buffet breakfast.
Also, you are best off doing a day trip to Phi Phi Island. We did a trip that took us to 4 or 5 different Islands in one day (Phi Phi Island, Maya Bay (where the movie Beach was filmed) and several others). You get to swim, snorkel, etc and spend at least an hour or so at each island . . We booked they day trip at the hotel reception. It was great
