Can Anyone Help me with crossing the US Boarder?

Hello,

Is there any way you could fly directly to Mexico without a stopover in US?

Otherwise, if you have an onward flight to Mexico, and it is just a stopover, I don't see why they would want to stop you from doing so. Show them that you're moving on to Mexico, and maybe if you want to argue for a stronger case for yourself, bring your latest bank statement and sufficient cash with you in hand too. If there is a local Chamber of Commerce (although you probably need to be a member), could you may get them to issue a letter saying you're a local entrepreneur or something similar?

Then again, who knows, as each immigration officer evaluates the situation differently.

Good luck!

Dont mention any previous hassles at the border or they'll go into a feeding frenzy/

I agree with lil_lil--either get a direct flight to Mexico--or a flight to Jamaica that transfers on to Mexico--or....

Get a light that makes a stop in the US, but that doesn't require that you go through US customs. There are quite a few of these--and if you contact the airlines, they can tell you which ones they are. Make sure to deal with an airline that handles flights in Canada, Mexico, and the US.
