I'm dying to go exploring round europe and i've been looking at ryanair for a cheap little trip to get me started. I haven't travelled since I was a child and will probably be going alone so I thought, considering I only have a small budget, i'd go for about 11days and get a taste of it before I start saving up for a big, terrifying trip.
No, you haven't given youself enough time to get bored, or to actually see the places really. Cut out at least one city, and sacrifice a night in Riga. Barcelona, Paris and Rome all deserve at least 4 nights each to give you a decent chance of seeing the sights.
It will still be mighty cold in Riga in March, mostly below zero, though it could still potentially drop down to about minus 20 at night. Bremen will be pretty fresh too. It could possibly be a bit cold in Paris, though the others are most likely to be mild and damp.
Nowhere on the list is particularly unsafe, but they are all reasonable sized cities so usual city precautions apply - don't wander off into areas you know nothing about, and be particularly vigilant at night.
Way too many places in such a short period of time. And if you plan on flying, you'll probably end up spending more time than you care for getting to/fro the airports than seeing the cities in daylight (the days in March are still not all that long).
Personally I wouldn't try to schedule in more than 3 cities for that period of time, particularly when you have major cities like Paris, Barcelona and Rome on it. Plus cutting down on the number of cities will also save you money from the extra flying and travelling about.
If I were you, I would even stick to 2 main cities, and if I want something on a smaller scale, I'll pick a city/town in between the two and travel by train between the 3. For example, say Paris and Barcelona with a day or two in Montpellier. iDTGV is a fast train aimed at young travellers and it takes less than 4 hours between Paris and Montpellier and the ticket in second class one way is can be as low as €19. From Montpellier there's direct regional train to Barcelona in about 4.5 hours.
With availability of fast train, it's easier to travel than ever and faster too considering you get from city to city, rather than having to allocate time to get to airport, for check-in etc, and once arrive to get out from airport to the city too. Transportation to airport would add up too, particularly since Ryanair usually uses airports that are so far away from the cities. E.g. Paris-Beauvais airport requires you to depart Paris 3 hours prior to flight time, to ensure getting there on time and to go through all the airport formalities prior to flight.
In March, the further north you are, the colder it'll remain. So Riga is going to still be freezing with max at about 0-2C, Bremen ~5-7C, Paris ~10-12C, Barcelona and Rome ~15-17C.
In 11 days you have packed too many places. You will be making Ryan air richer by your contribution as you wil be shuttling between airports and city without seeing or enjoying any city.Note that some operating airports of Ryan air are very far from main city.example for Barcelona, the airport is either Girona or Reus!!!!
Travelling by train to some of places would be better than Ryan air. This is because most train stations are located in the city centre.You wil save lot of time by this.
Strongly suggest you to choose two or three places and enjoy those places.

All that in 11 days? That is utter madness!
I strongly suggest you rethink your plan. A better way of doing this would be to pick 2-3 cities to see that are close together. Fly into the first one with Ryanair, travel by train to the next one and fly out with ryanair again.
For example you could fly:
- Into Bremen and out of Berlin.
- Into Rome and out of Pisa.
- Into Barcelona and out of Paris
- Into Trapani, Sicily and out of Rome.
- Into Venice and out Rome.
etc, etc.
I am sure you get the idea.
The problem with travelling with Ryanair is that it takes forever to get to the airport. Any day you fly will be completely wasted to the task of getting to the airport, waiting for boarding, taking the flight, getting from the airport to the next city and finally finding your hostel in the city. Even if the actual flight is only 1 hour you end up spending 4-8 hours in total on the above tasks.
So if you take 6 flights within 11 days you'll waste 6 days of precious time that you could spend having fun. On top of it you'll suffer from the "Europe in 10 days syndrome" many Asians and North Americans experience: "It is Tuesday so this must be Paris. Therefor this is the Eiffel Tower. Must get out of the tour bus for a quick photo stop and a pee before we take another 10 hour ride for lunch in Barcelona and later the 8 hour ride for a late dinner in Madrid."
