Dual Passports: Australia and UK (HELP)

So, I'm flying out of Australia on the 12th of dec and will be using my Australian passport to both leave Australia and enter the UK. My british passport is being processed and is being sent to the address that i will be staying at when i arrive in England. Am I required to leave England on my Australian passport and re-enter England on my British Passport? Also, say I go to france on my Australian Passport and leave to return to England on my British....will there be any discrepancies as it may look like I haven't left on my Australian Passport???? Please if you have any information regarding this can you let me know!!

Am I required to leave England on my Australian passport and re-enter England on my British Passport?

You should.

Also, say I go to france on my Australian Passport and leave to return to England on my British....will there be any discrepancies as it may look like I haven't left on my Australian Passport????

Yes, it will look like you never left on your Australian passport.

The easiest solution to your problem is the following: Pick up your UK passport in England and then leave for a short trip to France. When you leave the UK you show your Aussie passport to the immigration authorities and thus get a leaving stamp into your Aussie passport. When you enter France you show your UK passport to the French immigration authorities. Exit France and reenter the UK showing your UK passport.
