I am staying at Wake Up! hostel. I am staying to the 22nd, then I will go with something called Mojosurf. Anyone else doing the same? A bit afraid to travel alone, so let me know if you are in the area =)

I'm from Italy and I will arrive in Sydney the 11th of Feb. Will stay in australia for 5 months, with a work and travel visa. My plan so far is to go up the east coast to cairns and see if I can find a nice place to stay and to work. How long are u doing the surf school and how long are u in Australia? let me know, would be nice to share some distances...
U can also send me a mail. I didn't choose any backpacker so far for sydney, but I heard that the Base backpacker in the centre of Sydney should be nice...

Dont be afraid of going alone, your gonna meet so many people and have so much fun!
mojo surf is awesome, i had so much fun on there surf trip and made loads of friends that i ended up working for them for 4 weeks. Awesome job, i changed beds for 3 hours in the morning and then had to whole day to surf, play volleyball and go kayaking! Brilliant!!

im not totally sure what my plans for sydney are yet. im just going to spend some time there, and then go on from there and decide where i want to go next. what are your plans?

Just have the mojosurf week planned, After that I just think I have to go with the flow. Try to find some people to travel the east coast with. How long are you staying?
until june sort of time. im hoping to travel the east coast too.
