Not been to any personally, but second hand reports tell me that Munich is good and fun and atmospheric at that time of year.
Bruges is another one you might want to consider, I have a workmate that goes there every year.
Bury Market, close to Manchester.
One of the biggest markets in the world and the fayre and decorations will blow you away. Cheap too.

For a beautiful Christmas Market in a small town, go to Rottenberg ob der Tauber (I may have spelled that wrong). Not only the Christmas markets, but the shops with incredible handmade Christmas decorations and so on are worth the visit in my opinion.
1. Will I have the same experience at all Christmas markets ?
Well, the individual Christmas markets vary in what exactly they offer, but once you have been to 2-3 of them the novelty wears off. It is pretty and nice looking at things, but one of the reasons Germans go to them is to eat some Christmas food, drink some mulled wine and shop for Christmas presents. It is usually pretty predictable what kind of things you can find at a Christmas market.
Since almost every bigger city in Germany and Austria has a half-decent Christmas market it is usually not worth travelling more than 2-3 hours just for the Christmas market.
If I was you I would see the Christmas markets as an added bonus. Best visit cities that would interest you anyway, Christmas markets or not. If you are stuck deciding on where to go between two great choices - then take a look at which city has the better Christmas market.

Rothenburg ob der Tauber? How cliché. The city has made Christmas a year-round business, no matter what time of the year you come you can buy Christmas ornaments. There are many shops specialising in Christmas things - catering mainly to North American and Asian tourists. Consequently many of the things they sell are "Made in China". Not my idea of a nice and authentic Christmas market place.
That aside, Rothenburg is a really pretty town that is definitely worth visiting. If you can find the time go there, just please don't go there simply because of the Christmas thing.
2. What are the other thing which I can experience only during christmas
Getting sick from eating all the Christmas food sold at the Christmas markets. Christmas food contains a lot of fat and sugar and not enough vitamins, so it is not good for your health. But it tastes good and eating fat and sugar helps you stay warm in cold weather. So getting sick of all the rich food and gaining weight is part of the Christmas experience.
3. Can any one suggest the best Christmas markets from each citiy/town I mentioned above
No, AFAIK all of them are equally good. But if you are really interested in Christmas markets look at Nuremberg and Dresden again and consider going there.

Thanks for your detailed replies Maria . Well considering all the things. I am thinking of visiting a maximum of 3 christmas markets depending upon the city I visit. I am thinking of even cutting Munich from my list now [ I will be staying in U.K for more time . Its cheap to travel from London to Munich rather than from Zurich to Munich . so its worth to visit some time later.]. I will end this topic here and start an other thread for another query which you might help me

For practical reasons you'll probably end up taking a stroll over the Christmas market in every German-speaking town you visit. Christmas markets are usually in the heart of town, you'll just come across them when you walk through the city. Well, and if it is time for lunch or dinner - go to one of the stalls and grab some hot Christmas food!
