Where to stay in Singapore?

I'm also going to be in Singapore for two days in June and I'm also looking for some budget accomodation suggestions. I'm still in the heart of finals week in school so I haven't planned anything yet. Thanks for this post. Hopefully, we can get some good suggestions.

I stayed at the and thought it was a great hostel. The owners are really friendly and there are regular social events organised such as tours of parts of the city or a group trip to a bar.

Hi,
last time i stayed in Empire Hostel. I booked from www.hostelworld.com. It is near from Mustafa Center and little India. From Changi, you can take MRT to Lavender. From there you can take a walk for about 10 minutes. Check from google map. It is very easy to find actually. That time i checked in 9.30 PM, it is easy to walk from MRT Station to the Hostel.
Price is cheap also incl breakfast.
