Can anyone give me traveling advice. Plan on going to Giza first then leaving next dat for aswan then south to Abu Simble. Next day leave Aswan and go Luxor for 1 day them to east coast for Diving, the back to cairo.
A few things. you should deffinetly give Luxor more than a day, and the same with Cairo (Cairo is not only the pyramids, you shouldn't miss the museume).
I think there's no need to go to Abu Simbel for a day. there'are half day trip from Aswan that start early in the morning, and finish around 3pm. from Cairo to Aswan you can take the night train (165LE/35$ back in April). from Aswan to Luxor also a train (30-40LE don't remember the exact price) and then another night train back to Cairo.
if you want to get to Hurgada (east coast) you can take a bus from Luxor (around 4 hours).
