I am currently stuck in Prague and need to get to Amsterdam.
On bahn.de you can select English as your language on the homepage with the selectbox at the very top. However, both today's and tomorrow's direct train from Prague to Amsterdam appears to be fully booked in all possible categories. (You could consider going by the trainstation in Prague to check, as today's train on bahn.de doesn't list a whole lot of options which do exist with tomorrow's train, and some of those might still be available, even if not bookable online due to time constraints.)
The best I can find online is a flight with tomorrow at 15:40 for Kc3,479 (140 euro), or Kc4,039 (163 euro) if checking in a bag and paying by creditcard.

There is a service that leaves at 18:31 from Praha Hlavni Nadr, or 18:40 from Praha Holesovice at 18:40 and goes direct to Amsterdam Centraal. It takes 16 hours, but the turn up and buy ticket is just €60.
