What job do you do currently? I am an Events Coordinator but I would rather not be in London stuck in an office 40 hours a week.
I can't quit yet but I am thinking of asking for a sabbatical next year and going to South America. What did you all have in mind?
I Feel that was and havn't even started working properly yet, at Uni at the moment and finish in june. Plan on working for 6 months and travelling for 6 months, Lowe work off as long as possible... haha

I'm an assistant restaurant manager and I normally work around 50 or more long unsociable hours! I don't think I can wait till next year tho lol. Though I'm hoping I'l still be out there somewhere then. I'm hoping to start off in Europe spring/ summer, then go to Asia before reaching OZ n NZ for their summer. I have no set plans on where and when or even to return lol.

I have been working for 3 years in retail and had about as much as i can take!! saving half my wages every month and next year travelling around Asia and Australia with my boyfriend who has also had enough of his job!! Both cant wait to start the adventure and meet new people!!
Just hope i can save enough money!!!

My plans aren't set in stone yet, I would like to leave UK in the month or two and explore Europe or Asia, before reaching OZ and NZ. I'm flexible with countries and timing just want someone to share it with

Bored with my job for sure but can't complain about work life balance as my hours are not insane (9 - 5 job).
But thankfully I've saved up enough and will be taking a 1 year sabbatical to travel round the world. Both excited and scared at the same time!
