In Prague, GBP is not accepted. You will have to change to the Czech Koruna.
In addition to the standard sites in Prague (Castle, bridge, jewish quarter, clock, old town, etc) I would recommend a day trip. Since you will be in the Czech Republic in June, I would recommend a day trip or even one night stay to the town of Cesky Krumlov which is a fantastic small town in southern Bohemia. The area is great in the summer.
I can answer 2 of your questions about London...
3. Try Portabello, Gray's Antiques or camden market
4. PUBLIC TRANSPORT all the way! Its easier, quicker and cheaper than driving (get yourself an oyster card when you get here)
You will have no problem changing your GBP into local.
You'll find the rate much more favourable there - than in the UK. Don't be tempted to buy your Czech currency in the UK. You won't get anywhere near as much for your £, as you'll get in Praha.
To be honest I think that if you've only got 4 days in the UK and are flying into London I wouldn't bother doing a sidetrip to Bath. Otherwise you'll spend more time travelling than seeing anything. Theres loads to see and do in London.
Buses and Underground are the way to go. For hotels look for good deals on the usual sites. The last time I visited we stayed at a hotel in docklands which was better value than the places in the centre and well communicated. Instead of buying single tickets you can get a travelcard which covers you for unlimited trips on public transport and saves you money.
After visiting the famous landmarks in the UK, why don't you plan a short trip to Paris in France? It will be a great place to enjoy your honeymoon. You can reach there within a couple of hours and come back the same day.
