Though you have not openly ask for purchasers in your post, even giving them away to another traveler is illegal. You may find a forum where someone is interested but the more reputable sites, including Travellerspoint, will not be a willing participant in prescription medication transactions.
Some pharmacies are willing to take them back but only for destruction purposes. They can not reissue those tablets to another customer. I realize £115 is a lot of money but your options are limited without putting yourself or others in a tricky legal situation.

Thankyou for response, I was unaware of the thread that you have advised I read and having already googled "Malarone" this website/forum was listed with similar threads and other travellers actually requesting to purchase Malarone!
I did not realise it would be such an issue, however after reading your suggested thread I can now understand why so thankyou for enlightening me.
I was genuinely asking others for advice as im sure im not the only person who has found themselves in this situation post travelling.
In the meantime I will contact some local independent pharmacies and see what they suggest.

It's because of those older threads that the one I linked above even came about to be honest with you. And, it was also because you were asking advice, rather than for purchasers, that I did not delete this thread. Sometimes a thread like this works as a subtle reminder to read the "stickied" one.
I hope you find an acceptable solution. But, do not put yourself in jeopardy over 38 tablets, regardless of the monetary cost. Also remember - you have a 2 year expiration date - who know what will happen in that time... (Personally, I'm hoping for lottery winnings.) But, your travel plans may actually change and you'll be happy you hung onto those tablets. No one really knows what tomorrow or next month or next year will bring to the table.

Haha! im with you on the lottery win... and if my numbers come in im off to do a safari in Africa or a trek in Nepal so the tablets will come in handy then!!!
