I have visited Finland 3 times during the winter. i have enjoyed dog sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snow castles and ice fishing. All of the activities are fantastic and i would recommend trying a few night safaris as the landscape looks completely different in the darkness. i have visited many wonderful destinations all within the 'Aurora Zone' but, that said, i still haven't been lucky enough to witness the Aurora.
