The best months to stay in the Philippines is between November-May, the weather would be nice and cool. it is usually cold during the "ber months' as we call them. That's from September to December. however during that months, sometimes there would be some rains or the worst, typhoons. hopefully will never come when you visit here..

If you're planning to visit Philippines, I would recommend Palawan . There are many things to see and do there. The Underground River, Island Hopping, Scuba Diving and much more. Just do a little research. There are expensive resorts, as well as not expensive, yet very well accomodating.
