Can Vietnam visas still be bought in combodia?

Hey
I'm traveling around Thailand Philippines combodia and Vietnam for four months starting in April.
I am travelling alone and can't wait
I want to know Can Vietnam visas be got in combodia ? I have done a search and read threads from a few years back but nothing up to date .
