I would go to Cartagena, Colombia in November.
Some of you have already gone? Is it a nice place?
Cartagena is by far the #1 tourist destination in Colombia. The Old City is a beautifully restored World UNESCO Heritage Site. The tourist part of the city is safe. The beaches generally suck.
Whether you'd enjoy your time there depends on your interests, likes/dislikes, etc.
