I am reaching Madrid on Saturday from San Francisco and after spending two or thre days , I want to check both Lisbon and Seville/Granada areas may be 3 days in each area
I will still be goin to both places. Just wanted suggestions on itenary planning for weekday/weekend choice

I lived both in Granada and Seville and they are 2 awesome cities that I would definitely recommend!
I gues Seville is to visit prettier then Granada! Then of course Granada has the amazing Alhambra and the Mountains overlooking it with the gypsies living in the caves and the free tapas you get with a beer! If you can go into the mountain overlooking the alhambra and maybe you find people playing flamenco in the caves. When I lived there about 6 years ago it was rather dangerous to go up there... Don't know how it is today!
Seville is more posh lets say, you have great Flamenco shows, that cater more to tourists but still very worthwhile I always went to casa de la memorial in Seville for flamenco and it was amazing! The architecture of Sevile is amazing with lots of squares and people having a drink on the streets...
Both cities are really nice! In Granada you can really feel and see the moorish influence and Seville gives more a have you seen me vibe!
Lisbon is a different world! a bigger city with a small town feel to it.
If you only have one week I would do 2 days in Granada, then go to Seville and from there to Lisbon. I guess you could get a cheap flight form Lisbon to Barcelona...
Enjoy the tapas, the great architecture of the Alhambra, delicious tapas and great music!
