Hello! I have a passion for Islands and I'm planning a trip in the Italian ones... I've been in Sicily and I'd love to go back there but I need suggestions about Sardinia and Corsica also, I know its very close even if its not Italian terrirory... what are the best ways to visit this 2 Island all in once?

Corsica is indeed French administered territory but , as you said, a stone's thrown away.
There are boat ferries between the two island (if I'm not wrong Bonifaci and Teresa di Gallura), then I would definitely suggest you to rent a car (public transports are not that efficient).
If you're looking for something different and maybe more relaxing, I had a pleasant experience with a cabin charter. We sailed through all the main hot spots of both islands. Not sure, if they're still doing that this year but it worth a shot https://intersailclub.com
