Mixing some cities with whole countries on a potential itinerary means this is no itinerary at all! People here are willing to help but it is important to do your own research and come up with some specific ideas. Then we may help you built an itinerary around those. Looking for accommodation is not your priority right now.

The areas where I have mentioned the country names means I am looking out for suggestions from you guys as to which all cities/places I should visit in that particular country. As for where I have written the city names, I am just visiting that particular place in that country.
This is a very basic framework of my plan. With your inputs I would be able to come up with a proper schedule of travel alongwith a logical route and timeline.
@nestor : France I intend to do between 16th - 22nd March. These are not fixed dates but tentative. Depending on the inputs and inclusions of other travellers would make a concise itinerary.
The way I see it, you have about 40 days to play with. You may fit 12-13 destinations at most on this time frame, preferably less. It is wise to start thinking in terms of specific areas, not countries. Why you mention Spain and Portugal for example and notSlavia and Poland or whatever? There must be some reasoning for this. You mention nothing of your interests or line of thinking, The point is not to go to countries just to say you've been there, the point is to go somewhere that takes your fancy. If locations are in a country or threee, doesn't matter.
So do some research according to your interests and come back to help us help you.
If you are bored to do so, maybe consult a travel agent.
I was in Barcelona and stayed at hostel Yellow Nest, there were a lot of activities every evening, parties, visits to clubs. or you can stay at every hostel and just use the service of "free walking tours" or "pub crawl". Different at every city, but always cool
