We are in our early to mid 20's seeking to travel the U.S.A. We are not party animals and are more interested in meeting good people, seeing interesting sights, going to small towns with history and good places to buy weird out of the ordinary local trinkets. We are definitely interested in National Parks and not looking to spend too much on accommodations unless necessary. The only planned stop we have is Houston Tx to visit relatives. Any advice on places to visit would be helpful. We are not restricted by time and are very much into spiritual, survival, growth aspects of this strip then having a vacation.
