Should I apply to the SPA consulate or the German consulate? It is suggested that one should apply to the consulate of the country in which they're going to spend the most time in, but I am wondering if it would be okay to apply to the SPA Consulate in this case.!
For a Schengen visa you need to apply at the embassy or consulate of the first country (in the Schengen zone) you enter. In this instance it's Spain so you need to apply at the Spanish Embassy.
