Where to go?
Because of visa and work limitations I can only meet my close friend in February of each year (usually for 3 weeks). We have been to Istanbul, Barcelona, Granada and this year Paris. My mobility is limited and I spend more time in the apartment than a fully mobile person would which is why I like to have somewhere with a view (and this year's was a stunner).
It depends on what you want and what your budget is.
Parts of the Canary Islands have nice views and it's usually good weather this time of year. Or Madeira.
Italy has lots of nice views but it is unusually cold this year.
The Costa del Sol has some nice spots.
Benidorm? They hire motability scooters there for getting around.
