For Boracay: If you want to stay away from tourist-cramped places, avoid Station 1. The beach is always too crowded and you wont find any "affordable" accommodation there. Walk over to Station 1. The beach is more peaceful and locals offer affordable accommodation.

Check out Palawan and El Nido. You'll be amazed! I've been there; and highly recommend it.

Hello! I live here in the Philippines and yes its right Boracay is a beautiful island but its always crowded because its a favorite tourist spots. We have a beautiful beach also here in Sta. Ana, Cagayan Valley. It is considered boracay of the north. Try to search at look for it
