please help me to find the best way for transportation

Hi
I want to travel to Europ from 11th dec to 2th january(2010). First of all i will go to Paris, then Brussels, then Frankfurt, switzerland and Rome, fienz, Venice and finally return from Milan to Tehran.
May i get some advise about the best transportation vichicle between these cities. how can i save more at this matter?? do you recommend buying selected pass?? i become confuse to find the point to point tickets rate?
what about Bus?are there available or cheaper??
