Santiago - Iquitos - Manaus - Sao Paulo

Absolutely, but you'll be travelling a lot and you will see so much!

I give the advice I was recommended in Oz, "slow it down a little" theres heaps to see and do in Patagonia or any one of these areas to see for 3 - 4 weeks on there own. Even then Im sure you will realise you will know very little about them in such a short time.

I personally have taken 12 to do from Santiago to Rio via Patagonia, Buenos Aires, back up to the Peru/Bolivia border into La Paz and straight across pretty much to Porto Alegre, then up to Sao Paolo and direct flight to Rio, I didnt even have time to see it at the end at all, was just a straight trip there to grab a plane to UK. Id love to see it but thats now on another trip at some time.

I absolutely loved Patagonia and met relatively few people down there travelling, compared to some places Ive been so Id say go down there, explore the area back up the Atlantic coast and through Argentina, Uruguay (both really cheap) into Sao Paolo and you'll get loads for such a short trip.
