Find one (or more) who speaks a language you understand and buy a few drinks and you can chat for a long time and they'll tell you all about being a ladyboy. Bangkok has a fair number so no one will look down on you there.
Breast surgery can be a bit hit and miss (though Bangkok is one of the best places in the world). Do ask to see photos of others who have had it done and don't be afraid to make comments. Note. Liquid silicon is quite heavy so large breasts may be a strain on your back. You should also check about flying, if there is a minimum time after surgery you should wait before going up in a plane (where the air pressure is less. There have been some accidents).
