Wilderness cabin - Bella Coola British Columbia Canada

Unsure how to connect to others that may also be interested in Bella Coola BC Canada. Check it out on YouTube.com. I bid on the Land For Sale containing 160 acres or 1/4 Section. My bid was accepted before I ever even got to this place, or seen it before hand, 3,000 miles from where I live in Louisiana, USA. Now having a basic cabin underconstruction. All info in images on my Facebook. I'm age 59. My wife, and my 18 year old daughter couldn't care any less than they do now about going into the wilderness Great Bear Rainforest where not only is the cabin located, but it's grizzly country too. Of course I take measures to protect myself, but if a grizzly wishes to get inside any cabin, it will. That's why it not only has glass windows, it will have a glass door making it easy to see the beautiful river & forest. No food is stored or cooked inside the cabin, but we have eaten in there. I have Nuxalk First Nations friends building it out of the trees there in the forest, but actually most every tree is already down, lying next to the river, because wind and or floods up-rooted the trees. Therefore no trees were cut except one 115 year old tree where the cabin had to go. Red Cedar trees in the Great Bear Rainforest can be well over 1,000 years old. I want to return each year, and spend as long as 10 to 40 days or more. Therefore others could join me or even rent it when I'm not there. Did I say you can only reach the cabin site by boat. The cabin builders, one being a guide, can provide that service as well as other needs if paid. The glacier fed river can be very deadly. The unskilled would be foolish to try to get there. I would like to explore, exchange, and weigh if myself, and any others, might be able to share the small basic cabin together. Of course if you rent when I'm not there, I don't care what your habits are as long as my property (land, cabin, and everything there) is left in good order. My cabin and land is only 2,640 feet (1/4 Section wide) up river from the Nuxalk Reservation, so the Indians there, some of whom over see the place, is protected. The Nuxalk First Nations has special rights to the river including fishing with nets. No one outside the Reservation is allowed in to fish. There are Pacific salmon fish runs up the river each year, but the bears also roam this river to fish as well. The whole story concerning the find and purchase of the land is book worthy for sure. The land is only three miles, as the many eagles fly, up river from the Bella Coola villiage but because of an Island I also ended up with, it's very private. Visitors would be responsible for their own safety, and all rules concerning "bear safety" must be followed to the letter, because even then something could happen. The cabin is only 30 feet from rivers edge, so any bear walking up or down this river has to decide where to walk by, front or behind cabin. Last August 2009 there was a bear trail right behind the cabin. Toilet is an outhouse, when finished, so the 40 foot walk to the outhouse in the dark should be exciting.
