Going to Indonesia for 3 weeks from Cambodia

Is this possible to fly there stay for 3 weeks then get back to Thailand without breaking my budget. Anyone on here done this before?

Hi,

What do you mean by breaking your budget?
What is your budget per day?
Have you factored in the airfare?
Pamela

Hiya! Sorry for the late reply. My budget is around 20-30 dollars per day including accomodation. I know the flight to KL is around 70 dollars. Do you then fly to Bali and work your way back up? Cant work out if this is the best way to do it and whether is will be worth it rushing it over 3 weeks.

3 weeks is enough to work your way from Bali to Jakarta without having to rush too much - you might even be able to see some of Sumatra too. I did Jakarta to Bali in 2 weeks which is about the bare minimum amount of time for that route in my opinion. I think $30 a day should be just about enough, but avoid the more touristy places like Kuta and Legian as these tend to be more expensive.

Hi,
What are your interests- what are you planning on seeing.
Very difficult to provide information.
Pamela

Ya,
just like what Pamela says, what r your interests?
If you really want to go to Bali, avoid and touristy places, such as Kuta, Nusa Dua, Legian, Ubud. You may go to the west coast of Bali. It's cheaper there and of course good to visit .

And you may go to some places such Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple, or Ratu Boko Temple at Jogjakarta. And if you want to go to beach, I recommend you to go Kukup Beach at Jogja too. Its much more beautiful than Bali I think .

Your cost around $30 is enough.

Well, when you'll go to Indonesia?
