I need some help on which rucksack to buy, I am going to oz nxt year, i will be travelling throughout the year, I have been told to buy the karrimore global 50-70, and being a women i dont want anything to heavy.
Well, depends upon your travel plans. Will you be stationary most of the time or travel around and be on the move every 3rd day? Will you be driving a campervan or using public transport?
If you are on the move constantly using public transport we usually recommend a pack that is 30-45 liters, stripped down to necesseties as much as possible. 5 Tops and 3 bottoms (usually a variety of T-shirts ranging from strappy tops to longsleeved and 2-3 zip-off pants plus one skirt).
And even if you are fairly stationary or be using a campervan I would not go over 50-55 liters max. That includes any possible extensions the pack might have. 55-65 liters is usually large enough for tent, sleeping bag, self-inflating foam mattress, cooking gear plus your regular clothes, hygiene articles, 2-3 books and other knickknacks that usually find their way into a pack.
So if you aren't taking a tent, sleeping bag, mattress and cooking gear 40-45 liters will be absolutely ample. Fully packed even that can weigh up to 20 kgs, so you definitely do not want anything significantly larger.
Tip: At first the packs in that size range will look like they are way too small for your big trip of a lifetime, especially with a shop assistant hovering over you and trying to sell that 90 liter pack (because he gets a cut and doesn't have to carry the thing).
But I and many other experienced travellers in this forum (who have already done what you are planning) have found that 40 liter packs work best. If you cannot get all the things you want to take into a 40 liter pack reduce your packing list. Pack only the things that you are absolutely sure that you will be using them at least once a day - do not fall into the trap of wanting to buy a bigger bag. A larger bag will only be uncomfortable to carry around. In 99 % of the cases the discomfort of a heavy bag will far outweigh the questionable benefits of "having everything you might need". Take you cue from us, not from the shop assistants.

I have a 40 + 10 pack which works really well. I only pack to bare min and then at the end of the trip I open the extra 10L flap and pack as many souvenirs as is I can! The only other thing to keep in mind is, 'are you going to reuse this bag'. If yes, then think, are you going to go somewhere cold with it in the future? If so, maybe look at a 50L as cold weather clothes are bulky.
