Food: Breakfast €1.80 (coffee & Croisant), Lunch €9 (menu del dia - 3 courses) Evening Tapas say €10 ish , Beer €1.50 per bottle
Cheapest transport Madrid BCN is by bus see www.alsa.es
Ferry to Ibiza see www.trasmediterranea.es
you could look for cheap flights too

but i checked on a website where i was able to search for hostels for ~€20 per day... do u they i can find such places...
I think you'll find that that price will be for a bed in a shared dorm.
The only place I know have that has dorms is "Centric Point Hostel", I've never stayed there but its certainly well located right on Paseig de Gracia. There are others, I expect a google search will find them.
If you're on a tight budget theres plenty of Falafel/ Kebeb places around for snack food . The best one I know of is:
Buen Bocado, C/ Escudellers, 31
If you want to self cater you could try the markets. La Boqueria is the most famous and is right on Las Ramblas if your staying in that area (theres some places to eat there too). Theres also a supermarket nearby.
And to Save money on public transport in Barcelona you might want to bua a T10 ticket which gets you 10 journeys on metro/bus/tram for about €8
Sorry I can't give you more details for Madrid ot Ibiza but its been a few years since I visited either
