learning spanish in Buenos Aires, any tips?

I´m going to Buenos Aires right after new years and planing to take a 2 week spanish course.
But what school should I choose? Should I book ahead or just wait till I get there?
I appreciate any suggestions?

Hey E!
I'm planning on doing the exact same thing! I arrive in Buenos Aires on January 20th and plan on taking two weeks of Spanish classes, I've been looking into schools and have found a few, namely one called IBERO Spanish, which seems nice and is the cheapest I've found!
I was debating whether to pay in advance or wait til I get to BA so I can get a feel for the place first (cheaper if you pay in advance of course). I think I'll probably wait, collect a few addresses and make it my first mission once I get there.
What will you be doing in Argentina? Staying long? For me it'll be the first stop of my round the world trip, I'll be in South America for about 5 months
Take care!

Maybe you can check out this site:

They are part of South American Explorers and offer, besides lots of other activities, Spanish classes.

Hey,
I went to BA in January I went to a school called LVstudio in Palermo for spanish lessons, but I ended up doing a lot more with them, they had offers for tours around the city and surrounding areas, they organised events for students a couple of times a week like dinners, dancing lessons and drinking, so it was a great way to meet new people in the city.
i learnt some spanish and tango, and also made some friends too.
highly recommend
