hey jared... i am flying out to bangkok on the 16th jan staying there for a night then flying to phuket where i paln to get a ferry to phi phi to relax there. Then maybe krabi and up to vietnamn cambodia etc would also like to squeeze in a full moon party along the way! I have already done ko saumi, ko tao that side so thought i would try the other side.
I am then going to australia to do the east coast too.
What date do you plan to get into thailand?

right now the plan is still
21/1 thailand
23/1 black moon party(possibly)
then head back to bangkok to explore for a week or so.
but after that i plan to head down to the phuket/phi phi area. i am a very active person and love doing things out doors and i heard around phuket you can kayak, rockclimb, snorkel, jungle walks, cliff jumping. all that good stuff.sounds amazing.
georgina i plan to go to vietnam as well seeing as i can only stay in thailand for a month. most likely will reenter thailand after a week or so in vietnam.
defiantly want to go to the Feb 8 full moon party.
I m planning to be in bangkok 26/1-28/1,
phuket, phi phi between 29/1-6/2.
back to bangkok on 7/2

i just read another post on another forum about the heavy rain in the south. my plan right now still remains the same, arrive on 21st, black moon party on 23. but i will keep my eyes on the news about the rain/flood, hopefully its gonna be okay and the trains will still run.
The rain/flood warning is suppose to end on the 27th of Jan. The heavy floods were back in Oct-Dec.
