Hi guys!
I think you're talking about applying a different Template for your blog. To do that, when in your blog management area (where you also found Settings), click on the Template "tab" in the upper right corner of the page, and there you can preview or choose one of the 11 available templates. (You could further customize these yourself if you know CSS, or if you don't but have specific changes you want to make, we can usually walk you through making the necessary CSS changes.)
