Depends what you are going to do/length of stay etc
I tried the australian visa wizard on the government wizard site.
It asks you questions and gives you the appropriate visa.

The site linked to by the other person is the official Australian Immigration website. No other website would give you additional visa possibilities not listed on that website.
Nigeria most certainly is included in the list of countries from the visa wizard. It's possible that you're trying to go to Australia for a reason for which no visa is available to you (for example, if you want to work in Australia without having an in demand skill or sponsor, the visa wizard will tell you that there's no options for that), but if you just want to go to Australia for a holiday of us to 3 months, then a Tourist Visa (676) should be an option. See for where to apply (you can't apply online unfortunately).
its not easy to get an Australian visa .its a hard job but if our luck is with us we will get
