Is the maps of my trips part of this site not worth a pinch or I am doing something wrong
Well, 'worth a pinch of salt' is a rather subjective assessment, so maybe you could be a little more specific about what seems to be the problem? is how I see your maps, so seems to be looking fine. Are you seeing something else, or do you just not like this view/setup?
