LIGHTWEIGHT TENTS/SLEEPING BAGS......FOR MOTORBIKERS
I am trying to get the company I work for to offer a range of these items, has anyone got any suggestions? for 2 or 3 birth tents, they need to be available in the UK..thanks a lot
I tour with a pushbike, under such conditions lightweight and small-packing gear is even more important than with a motorbike.
My suggestion for a small 1-2 people tent would be the Salewa Micra, for 2-3 people the Salewa Denali II or III. Big advantage of those two tents is that the poles fold into very short sections of approx. 40 cm. (55 cm is the standard in the industry.) This makes them easy to stow away on a bike.
I have also heard good things about Vaude tents.
