Hey,
Not sure about Africa and Asia, but the Australia one is easy to get as long as you fulfil the basic criteria (eg. are no older than 30 when you apply; won't be travelling with any dependent children etc etc). For full eligibility criteria and to apply, check out the immi.gov.au website (don't bother overpaying through a 3rd party)
You will need a work visa to legally work in all African countries as well, however it is not so easy to obtain - a very long, expensive process.
